Last year I had plenty of bok choy plants in the garden. As usual, I let them go to seed and harvested the seed for the next growing season. This particular bok choy plant survived the winter and began flowering some weeks ago. I decided to let it flower so the bees and other pollinators would have some early spring food available even though I do not need any more seed.
Late evening, as the sun was setting, I noticed how the plant with its maturing seed pods was glowing in the last of the sunlight. Hopefully this photo captures the essence of that glow for you to enjoy, too.
